Heyyy, I’m Coach Ashley E.!  Welcome to my website!  I’m honored to see you stopping through! 

 

Just a little bit about me, I absolutely LOVE people!  As a child, I always knew I wanted to become a teacher because I loved babies and children!  So, I attended Norfolk State University where I studied Early Childhood Education and graduated with my Bachelor’s in 2011.  While completing my internship to graduate, a teaching position became available, and I was offered the position as soon as I graduated.  I accepted and began teaching pre-kindergarten two (2) weeks after I graduated!  I loved it!... Until I encountered two (2) of my students were being abused.  That took a toll on me mentally and emotionally in addition to my dad dealing with a health issue.  So, I made the choice to quit that job to spend time with my dad while he was recovering.

 

Months after my dad recovered, I moved to Maryland to begin a new career as a Contract Specialist for the Department of Defense, purchasing supplies and services to support the Warfighter.  I gained a lot of experience but in 2018, I wanted a change of scenery so started preparing for my move to our office in North Carolina, where God gave me two (2) jobs to choose from that I didn’t even have to apply for!  Now, six (6) years later, it’s time for something new!  It’s time to operate in my purpose again!  People are my passion and helping them learn, grow, and develop is my purpose!

 

Since I was a teenager, family and friends have told me that I’m wise beyond my years and have come to me for advice about a range of topics!  I’ve always been ready to assist!  Well, at some point, I realized, it’s not about me, my thoughts, and advice but about the God in me, which guides me in supporting those who come to me.  So, I asked Him what do next, and the answer was to get certified in Coaching!

 

As of March 2024, I am officially a Certified Personal and Executive Coach who focuses on helping ambitious, goal driven Christian women strengthen their self-confidence and self-worth, experience personal fulfillment and happiness, conquer the art of work-life balance, and set and achieve their goals.
